Orders are delivered within 2–5 business days from the order date.
After placing your order, our team will contact you to confirm your order.
Our courier will attempt to contact you up to 3 times for delivery.
If we are unable to reach you after 3 attempts, the order will be cancelled and returned to the company.
Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• No items with scratches, stains, or damage.
• We cover shipping for incorrect or damaged items.
• Customer covers shipping for change of mind returns.

- Gold Plated: Avoid excessive water and friction to help preserve the gold plating and shine.
- Stainless Steel: More resistant to water and tarnishing, but we recommend drying it after exposure to water or sweat.
