At Meme’s, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our exchange and return policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order, provided that:

  • The item is in its original condition.

  • The item has not been worn or used.

  • The item is free from any scratches, stains, damage, or signs of wear.

If the mistake is from Meme’s

If you receive:

  • A wrong item or wrong design.

  • A damaged or defective item.

  • An item that does not match your order.

Meme’s will cover the return/exchange shipping costs, and we will arrange the appropriate replacement.

If the exchange is requested by the customer

If you would like to exchange an item due to:

  • Change of mind.

  • Choosing the wrong size.

  • Choosing a different design or color.

  • Any other personal preference.

The customer will be responsible for the return and/or delivery shipping fees.

The replacement item will be sent once the returned item has been received and inspected.

2. Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you receive your order, provided that the item meets all of the following conditions:

  • It has not been worn or used.

  • It is in its original condition.

  • It has no scratches, stains, damage, or signs of wear.

If the mistake is from Meme’s

If the item received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or different from what was ordered, Meme’s will cover the return shipping costs.

Once the item is received and inspected, the customer will be eligible for a refund or replacement, depending on the case.

If the return is requested by the customer

If you simply change your mind or no longer want the item, the return shipping fees will be the customer's responsibility.

The refund will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

3. How to Request an Exchange or Return

To request an exchange or return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order through our official contact channels.

Please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • The item(s) you would like to return or exchange.

  • The reason for the request.

  • Clear photos of the item, if the item is damaged or incorrect.
